For over 10 years, Sawasdee Thai Restaurant has been synonymous with Thai fine dining. Deanne executive chef/owner takes the cuisine and culture of her homeland to the next level with cozy restaurant ambiance and delicious cuisine. Her creative cuisine is a reflection of her unique cross-cultural and culinary experience from being born into a Thai family of Chinese decent, growing up with different ethic minority groups in northern Thailand, studying at Chulalongkorn University in Metropolitan Bangkok, Nagoya University in Japan, and University of Oregon as well as extensive living, working and traveling in numerous countries. It was the time being an Oregon duck and enjoying potluck parties with friends from all over the worlds that Deanne became a foodie and determined to introduce her native cuisine to those who enjoy ethnic food.
